About Showcase Ontario
Showcase Ontario is the largest public sector information technology education event in Canada. It draws participants from across the country, and in fact, from across the globe to learn how to serve citizens better through the use of information technology.
Project Details
The organizers of Showcase Ontario needed a digital signage solution to showcase the agenda for the event to ensure that attendees were informed of session times and room location.
The APG Solution
The Infinite Plasma, with its ability to create the "wow" factor and display all feeds with magnitude, was the perfect choice for Showcase Ontario. APG strategically placed the displays in high traffic locations so that it was highly visible; setting up a 3x3 Infinite Plasma wall by "main entrance" of the show to guide attendees and the 84" plasma in lobby hallway, ensuring that attendees knew what's going on during the event at any given time. The 3x3 was an ideal solution for digital signage as attendees gravitated to the displays and were truly mesmerized by its size, and its ability to communicate information to everyone.
